If you are a MXQ INSIGHT Customer, in addition to the browsing data indicated in the Visitors section, with your consent, we will collect your registration and professional data, such as name, CPF, email, company, CNPJ, address, photo, and billing data (name, CPF/CNPJ, address, credit or debit card) if the service is paid. Occasionally, the request for some information may be made through direct contact from MXQ INSIGHT with you via email or telephone.
If you use your Facebook/Gmail account to integrate with the services offered, we may also collect publicly accessible personal data that Facebook provides to us, such as name, photo and email. And if you register on the MXQ INSIGHT platform using your Gmail email account, we will collect your publicly accessible personal data provided by Gmail, such as name, email and profile photo.

5. How long will MXQ INSIGHT store data?
We will only keep your personal data for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which we collected it, including for the purposes of complying with any legal or contractual obligations, or requests from competent authorities.
To determine the appropriate retention period for personal data, we consider the amount, nature and sensitivity of the personal data, the potential risk of harm from unauthorized use or disclosure of your personal data, the purposes for processing your data and whether we can achieve those purposes through other means, and applicable legal requirements.

If you request cancellation, your information will be deleted within 60 days of account cancellation. If you are an MXQ INSIGHT lead, information regarding your interactions with us will be stored for a period of 5 (five) years. Likewise, if you request the deletion of your data and/or your account, in this case, MXQ INSIGHT will keep the data for 72 (seventy-two hours) after your deletion request.
